Apartment Review for The Traditions

I lived in The Traditons from Feb 2006 thru Jan 2007. It was sold and a new mgt team took over in Dec 2006..THANK GOD that we only had a month left when they did. When Laura and Patty were there you could walk into the office areas and feel welcome...people would visit and have coffee and feel at home..New mgt made you feel like they could not get you out to the door fast enough...HOME SWEET HOME...NOT!!! Very rude and unfriendly. Not to mention sloppy and unprofessional. After 11 months with NO PROBLEMS EVER..they lost our check. Then started acting like we are lying and trying to "get one over on them"...Hello!!!check our file...we never paid late..not once. I think that should allow us some credibility... Now of course we are out and it is March...where in heck is our deposit check?? We recieved the letter telling us the amount we were due and that a check would arrive separately..2 weeks ago...STILL WAITING!!!!! Makes me wish I had not been so prompt with my rent checks!! My advice is don't live here..the apts are nice but they are just as nice elsewhere..The people you have to deal with DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!! I would like to add that when Patty and Laura saw you they knew you by name...dealing with the newbies I went had to go to the office 3 times in the same day and each time it was..What was your name? What apt were you in? Obviously they didnt care enough for it to make an impression. <P>
