Apartment Review for Valencia Crossing

I'm not going to say this place is awful, but its not somewhere I would live if I had another option. The maintenance doesn't fix anything and when they do it takes them 2-3 weeks to even respond. The people here are trashy, there are always beer bottles everywhere and graffiti covering the parking coverings. People yell and fight all night and atleast once a week I see people digging in the dumpsters. They have security that patrols at night, but they don't make me feel safe.. Infact one of the apartment buildings a few weeks ago was swarmed by police and the next day was covered in police tape.. The new management "claims" to be putting in new additions, such as a play ground, business center, etc. but I've seen nothing done. I could go on, but I'll just leave it at " If you can find another option, take it. "
I can't wait until my lease is up..
