Apartment Review for Verona Park Apartments

This is not a gated community. I have lived here for six months and yes there is a gate but it is not operational. We had no problems with management until we informed them of our intent to move after our lease was up. Then a dog kennel on our patio became a lease violatin. The kennel had been there for five months. I asked a few of our neighbors who have bbq pits and various other articles prohibited by the lease if they recieved notices. Nobody else did. Also the area around the park is noisy at night. Courtesy patrol has been called to no avail. Supposed to be anonymous however my name and appartment number were requested and was told by courtesy patrol that is was required or nothing could be done by them. I dont care if you smoke pot in your own house but it should not be done in the park or pool area. Management told me unless they see someone doing it nothing can be done. Unfortunatly management is not available after 5pm. If you have children or plan on moving or expect an advertised gated community to be gated this is not the place to be.
