Apartment Reviews for Villa Fiesta Apartments - Mesa

I have lived at Villa Fiesta for 5 years. Apartments are huge with a full size washer and dryer. Maintenance is great and will replace what ever is broken if they can't fix it. Five stars for Villa Fiesta.

I have lived at Villa Fiesta for 2 1/2 years and have had to move to 3 different apt for various reasons. Though the complex is not perfect, it is better than the last place I lived.
I have recommended quite a few of my friends to the complex to live and there are about 10 friends that have since moved into the complex.
My parking is right in front of my apt but I have not always had such nice accomidations. The inside apts have the further out spaces than those living on the outside of the complex. That doesn't make sence to me but that is not my decsion and the complex has it set they way they do.
The people in the office, save one, are not really on top of their game. Most of the time, I have to actually hand my rent to them and ask for a receipt because I have had some issues with them losing my check in the past.
Overall I like the place and will be there for some time to come.

I like this place the apartments are spacious..mine is 1100 square feet, landscaping with lots of trees which keeps it much cooler inside and outside on your private patio. The management is prompt on fixing problems. I have noticed that there seem to be very few Mexican/ illegals here which means less trash and empty beer bottles in front of your door when you go out in the morning and he police are very seldom needed. I believe the rent is a little too steep for riff/raff..$800/mo for a 2 bedroom, but well worth it. I have lived here for 2 years and have had very little problems with management even though I have 2 children..they are always properly supervised. If you like to party and let your children run around outside unsupervised then expect to have trouble with the management and please dont move here. <P>
