I like it so far!! ( over a year ago )

I just moved in a couple of months ago and it seems good so far. The place is pretty quiet compared to other apartments I have lived in. I live towards the middle- so I'm not sure how loud it is by the street. Appliances are kind of old but the grounds and trees are very pretty. The staff always seems nice.

Unfortunately, there has been six break-ins over the last few months. It seems like the Mesa Crime Unit is out here all the time.
As another reviewer said, parking is bad. Not only are the open spaces mainly in the front or back, but for all the apts inside the complex, it is quite a hike from the parking to the apt. The pathways meander. That makes it a very pretty place to live, but still a long hike.
The noise level is low, due to the concrete construction between the apts. The only people I hear are the people below.
Maintenance is very good and the office staff is nice. One problem is that the owner does not allow any use of the club house at all.

Well, on my side of the compound its very quiet. Most of the neighbors have been here for awhile and are well settled into their apartments. The pool is small, but there is a racketball room. pool table, community room and small gym, all of which are very nice. My neighbors are nosey but quiet. Small dogs are welcome. The grounds are very comforting and well groomed. Plenty of fruit trees. The apartments are nicely sized, but have high ceilings so the electric tends to be a bit high in the summer. Overall a very nice place to live.

the apartments are set up wonderfully. its about time i found an apartment that i couldnt here my neighbor watching tv in. plus the staff is pleasent the pool and hot tub are well kept. maintence come super fast.
the downside:
parking only avaible in the front or back. so a lot of illegal parking going on.
the crime rate has been going up, so there is a lot of commotion going on sometimes.
almost always a cop in the parking lot (i don't know if this is good or bad)
other then that this place is a dream

I have lived in plenty of other places and could have found 100 things wrong with them. Waterford is just a great place to live. The management is exceptional and they have a 24 hour maintenance guarantee or they will refund rent. I would recommend anyone to this place.

We just moved in last month and I absolutely love it! Lindsay in the office is the best and the complex is just so quiet!! Compared to the place we moved from to this one, it is beyond comparison. The staff, the grounds, your neighbors, the apartment itself all exceeds our expecations for an apartment complex. I actually feel safe bringing groceries or what not from my car to the house late at night. Noisy neighbors aren't a problem, neither is kids running around. I would recommend this place to anyone, without a doubt. This is a place that knows how to take care of its residents.

I moved out at the end of this month due to the fact of having to relocate for my job. I lived at Waterford for almost 3 years now. The people who live here are wonderful! To my suprise when I moved in, there are alot of long term residents here. I met one couple who have lived here 10 years. They are all absolutly wonderful. We don't have the usuall problem of kids running around uncontrolled, and dog poop everywhere. The landscaping is beautiful and always kept up on. The old and new management are so nice. Whatever problems I had they always helped out. And boy do they know how to throw a party. I always have a blast. Maintenance is always done on a timely manner. Miriam the maintenance supervisor is the sweetest thing and will do all that she can to get things done quickly. I would not move if I didn't have to. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

I am moving out of Waterford Place at the end of this month and have to tell everyone about it. I have lived here about 3 years now and made it my home. I have purchased a home so you could see my only reason for leaving. The apartments are so spacious, have lots of storage, and are not like others I have seen before. I am in the two bedroom loft style and love it! It is so big with vaulted ceilings, and a cute upstairs that creates it's own area. The new management is wonderful too. They have parties about once a month for us and make us feel so welcome. Oh and some great gifts and prizes. The property has lots of trees, and grass. It makes me feel like I am not in the city. If your looking for a home not an apartment, Waterford Place is it!

I could not ask much more from Waterford Place. There's no place I'd go to other than to purchase a house. The first thing I noticed when I leased was the amazing staff. I have never been treated so greatly by staff at an apartment complex before. A new company took over management and I was unsure of the treatment I would get. They are now making improvements as they go, helping out us all. They remember me and go above and beyond to help me out even when it has nothing to do with the apartment itself. The apartments are a work of art and so unique. Its sad to see that some people will say bad things about this complex. The saying is true though, if someone is unhappy they will tell ten people and if someone is happy they will only tell one. While there is about 5 people I have ever met that disliked Waterford place, I have met about 150 people who love them. Take my advice stop on by and take a look. I cant wait to see what improvements are to come!

I was one of the former employees at waterford so I can state how I really feel sence I no longer work their. First off let me tell you about the residents. This is the kind of place where you want to live in if you want to know you neighbor There are may long time residents at Waterford place who will extend a helping had. I will miss them all. The units where very easy to lease because they are different then anything around, loft style high ceiling not like the ones down the street that remind you of a small box. Miriam the head of maintance she is what everyone wants when it comes to a handyman- women someone that gets it done. The leaseing office is very professional and will pretty much bend over backwards for you. Hey by me taking my time to right this does not benefit me at all I am doing it because this is truly a place to check out. I hope this helps you guys when trying to find that perfect match. Happy apartment hunting Best wishes Miss D
