The office and maintenance staff in this complex are incompetent. You should expect to wait well over a week for your maintenance request to be addressed. Don't even consider contacting the office staff to check on the status of your request..........they will belittle your request. When the maintenance men do arrive, you'll wonder how it is they are still employed. To say that they are incompetent is an understatement. Think very carefully before you sign a lease with this complex. After a month, you'll be reading the fine print for an exit strategy!! <P>
