Apartment Review for Land Pointe

I moved into this apartment and there was a smell after a couple of days. It is the smaller bedroom and the master closet. Apparently, the previous renter had cats. My apartment smells of cat urine. They advised me they would deodorize the carpets.... they have yet to do so and I also emailed the management company and they will not respond. In addition, I no longer use the laundry facility because I discovered human feces in one of the dryers. Plus, under my kitchen sink smells of mildew, there is mildew in my bathroom, the cabinets in the bathroom are trashed ( the plastic wall paper covering is peeled), I had to buy my own sliding door lock because mine does not work, and the screen door has a big whole in it. When I need to air out my smelly apartment I can't due to the huge hole in my scrren that my dog has discovered. I am begging you to NEVER rent from this place.
