So, we couldn't see the apartment that we were going to move into unitll the day of. we were promised it was the exact same as the modle. BULL SH*T. it had a smaller kitchen, no pantry, no linen closet in the bathroom, and one less lightning fixture. So we complained hoping to get another apartment or instaleed the cabinate or lower our rent. Then keep telling us they will get back to us. nothing has been done yet. we are living out of boxes. cuz we are not sure if we are moving or not. they don't seem to care at all. my 1st impression is not a very good one. but the builing is pretty

They purposly do not let you see the actual apartment till the day you move in. Make sure if you rent here that they show you the actual apartment you move in. Some apartments have dents in the appliances and disgusting industrial tile in the kitchen. Even though people are charged huge amounts for damaged carpet and appliances, the money goes for profit only, nothing gets replaced so you live with the previous tennants mess, even though they paid for damages over and over again.
