Rancho Viejo Apartments is on North 22nd Avenue, close to Interstate 17. Renters may enjoy a number of nearby shops and eateries, including but not limited to Los Compadres, Denny’s, Burger King, Mr. Sushi, and Kmart. Some reviewers have complained that maintenance can be slow and the office staff can be tough to get along with at times. Ironwood Apartments is located in northern Phoenix, right near North Mountain Shaw Butte. The property sits on North 9th Avenue, a short trip from Interstate 17. Not far, tenants will find KFC, Little Caesar’s Pizza, The UPS Store, Ross Dress For Less, Grinders Coffee Co., Dollar Tree, and much more. Commuting is a breeze for Ironwood renters with public transportation nearby and quick access to the highways. There are not many reviews to be found for this complex, however the reviews that can be found are promising, complimenting staff for being prompt to perform repairs and working to make the community safer. Village Square Apartments is on 32nd Street, just off of Highway 51. There are a number of shopping centers nearby and Venturoso Park is right around the corner. Conveniently close are Safeway, Hammered Hog BBQ, Walgreen's, and McDonald’s. Reviews state that some tenants of Village Square do not agree with their neighbor's hobbies. Greenway Springs Apartments is located on 25th Avenue, just off of Interstate 17. Hop on the highway and you can be in downtown Phoenix in minutes. Home Depot, Native New Yorker, Applebee’s, India Palace, Silver Cinemas, and much more can be found a little down the road. Tenants have been fairly critical of Greenway Spring Apartments, the biggest concern being area crime. Less than a half a mile away from one of the largest malls in the area, Madera at Metro tenants will never be bored. Formerly known as Smoketree Apartments, Madera at Mero puts residents within walking distance of a 24 Hour Fitness and GNC, not to mention the mall itself. Harkins Theaters is also nearby for any movie lovers. In the round about that is Metro Park West, tenants will find every necessity within the loop. For family fun and entertainment, just on the other side of Metrocenter is Castles ‘n Coasters. Reviewers of this property note issues with maintenance and vandalism in the area. Tuscany Pointe rests on the North Black Canyon Highway that runs right along Interstate 17. Public transportation and the nearby highway make commuting hassle-free. Home Depot, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Walgreens, Barro’s Pizza, Zia Record Exchange, and Best Buy are just a handful of the great conveniences Tuscany Pointe residents get to enjoy. Reviews have been mixed for the apartments. Several reviewers claim that insects and faulty construction has caused problems. Just off East Elliot Street, the Serafina at South Mountain is nestled up against the Maricopa Freeway for easy access into the city. In the area of Ahwatukee, tenant reviews rate this property highly, noting the improvements management has made to keep things small and personal. While there have been maintenance issues in the past, management has worked to raise the apartments’ standards. The surrounding area isn’t bad either. Residents are within walking distance of the local post office as well as Gold’s Gym and Walgreen's. Along W. Brighton Place Apartments sits south of Phoenix’s downtown in the South Mountain area. The property is situated on East Cody Drive, a short drive north to Interstate 17 and Downtown. Want to catch a Phoenix Suns game? You need only travel up Central Avenue, and there you are at the US Airways Center. The University of Arizona College of Medicine is just a bit past that, so medical students may enjoy the proximity to all that Phoenix has to offer. Sky Harbor International Airport is also close enough that residents can easily make a flight, but the airport is not so close that noise is a problem.
