Palm Crest at Station 40, formerly Casa Real Apartments, has convenient access to Loop 101, I-10, and Desert Sky Mall. Located on the outskirts of downtown Phoenix, the apartment complex is a mere 2 miles away from the University of Phoenix and the Westside Sports Complex. Past tenants have complained that it gets somewhat noisy at night due to deliveries to Fry’s Food Store, and that safety and cleanliness issues have been sidestepped by management. Recent tenants, however, agree that the building has improved drastically in the last few months.

The Palms Apartments offer 1 to 3 bedroom options also 2 bedroom 2 bath with some units including a fireplace. Location is great and that does equate to higher rents than other Phoenix areas. Most reviews are quite out-dated. The Palms Apartments are close to Echo Canyon Park and to the Colonnade and Tower Plaza Malls so there are plenty of eating and entertainment venues in the immediate area.

The Turn is settled right off West Greenway Parkway, next to the Cave Creek Golf Course. For tenants who like biking, a bike trail runs along the golf course and through several parks. For those with teenagers, Thunderbird High School is right around the corner. Home Depot, Walmart, and Kohl’s are also all a mile away for convenient shopping. Tenants are overall pleased with the management and the community events it sets up, as well the maintenance of the property.

The Biltmore Club can be found on 4640 N 24th street and offers Phoenix AZ apartments with utilities included in the rental price. Apartments come equipped with dishwashers, microwaves, ceiling fans and all apartments are cable ready. You will also love the oversized closets the covered parking and the fact that they accept credit card payments.

Aura at Midtown apartments are situated in a great spot with Phoenix College, St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Kindred Hospital Arizona-Phoenix, and Steel Indian School Park and Pond within miles of the property. Restaurants such as Peter Piper Pizza, Gallo Blanco Cafe & Bar, and Mi Patio Mexican are just streets away. Commuters love the easy access to a few light rail stops on N. Central Avenue and several bus stops on N. 7th Avenue, all within walking distance. Reviews posted in late 2012 and early 2013 are generally positive, praising the recent renovations, responsive maintenance, and ideal location.

Granite Bay is situated right off I-17, next to the Cave Creek Golf Course and less than a half-mile away from Thunderbird High School. Walmart, Sam’s Club, and the Moon Mountain Shopping Center are easily accessible via the Valley Metro Bus. Many tenants found the management to be responsive while others felt that maintenance requests and lease logistics were not dealt with properly. Although reviewers found the apartments to be very quiet, they have voiced concerns about the neighborhood’s safety.

Vista Ventana Apartments is situated right off Black Canyon Freeway, with 8 bus stops around the building for easy downtown access. For shopping needs, Kmart and the Metrocentral Mall are two miles away. Down W Northern Avenue, Hard Knocks Gym and Mariposa Park provide a close space for recreation and exercise. Residents criticize the number of animals allowed in the building, as well as the upkeep of the building and safety concerns. However, many reviewers received a response from management thanking them for their criticisms and offering to address any problems.

Solaris at the Biltmore, formerly the Biltmore Center, is located off Piestewa Freeway and just outside downtown Phoenix. Down the road sits a 7-11, with a Safeway and Trader Joe’s a little over a mile away. Reviewers described other tenants to be nice overall. However, maintenance requests take a while to complete and many found it difficult to talk to management about repairs and lease rates. Although residents have been unsatisfied with management in the past, the complex is under new management and recent tenants are liking the changes.
