Office staff plays pass the buck and Mgt doesnt hold employees accoutable. Staff will tell you what you want to hear just to get by.
Noisy- not well made apts.
Still problems w/ crickets and scorpions.
Poor condition of apts- tile ripped, carpet not tacked down, Maint. does not know how to repair problems.
Groundskeepers did a good job trimming folliage.
High Costs of apts w/ poor value in return.
