I moved from Andante at the end of February. Management totally misrepresented the lease break terms and it is ending up costing me $500 more than expected to get out. I was told at lease signing one thing, and then told to read the small print contract terms when they sent the final move-out bill. Management was very inflexible and unwilling to consider any of my claim. Basically it was "just pay it." The complex is fairly noisy due to the proximity to the I-10 freeway. Assigned parking space are not necessarily in front of your building. Trash dumpsters are frequently overflowing. Office hours are not convenient for working people and don't expect them to open the door one minute early to help you. Cable television and internet service are very poor.
I would tell everyone to look somewhere else for a place to live!
