I lived at this complex for 14 months and got out as soon as my lease was up. I had a major scorpion problem. I had over 50 scorpions that I killed during the term of my lease. They are the most poisonous kind = Bark Scorpions and they crawl everywhere (Walls, ceilings, etc) I was fortunate to never get stung. I reported this to mgmt. numerous times and they tried to act surprised, as if they have never had anyone report a scorpion problem before. They put me on the list for a scorpion seal. It took 3 months for the maintenance team to finally "seal" my apt. The "seal" obviously did no good. I sent a letter to Eric LaMora Property Manager and never heard from him. His Asst. Mgr. Pam finally called me a week later. She had pest control come in and bomb my apt. so I could not enter for 10 hours. This still didn't work. Mgmt. is very rude and uncaring. They wanted $900.00 a month from me for a new lease. I got 2 months free when I moved in so was paying $760.00. During my last months there, my doormat was stolen ($20.00 @ Target) but this is the kind of people you have for neighbors. There was also a police search one night. I heard commotion outside and had police flashlights shining on my patio and outside my windows. There was another night when two police cars were speeding through the parking lot looking for someone. I lived on the first floor and didn't feel safe. I moved to a brand new complex in Gilbert and am paying $760.00 per month and have not seen one bug. I'm so much happier!!! Don't lease here - you will be miserable and will have lots of scorpions for roommates!
