All you hear about on sites like these are the negative prospective. Here is a positive one. I just moved here about 4 month ago. I absolutely love this place. I am a single White 28 year old Male. I have their one bedroom apartment and it's clean and nice. Everything works great and I feel good about bringing people to my place. There is always parking for my friends and visitors. The staff it very friendly and does complete your requests in a timely manner. The grounds are awesome. The pool area is always clean, and I never see crime. The people here are all very normal I can assure you. Bugs? Of coarse! Welcome to AZ. Yes I found one Scorpion on my wall after 4 months of living here. Again welcome to the desert people. Never seen any bugs in my apartment. Advise to those who find cock roaches in their apartments, CLEAN YOUR HOUSE!
