I have lived here since Oct. of 2006. The location is great and the part of town it is in is great as well. I am a part time delivery driver and go to almost all of the apt.complex's in Ahwatukee and these are VERY nice compared to some I have seen!! The grounds are always kept up really nice and the apt. I moved into was very clean. The parking hasn't been a problem and the noise level isn't bad at all. NOW the con's: I have watched a group of kids kicking a car and break the windows in the middle of the night. I walked up to the hot tub one night and interupted a couple having sex!! The staff, well, I don't really think they are rude they just don't really have any people skills!! Which you should have in a customer service job!! I have found 1 roch and 1 scropion which isn't nearly as bad as some people have said(I agree with the other guy this is AZ and clean your apt.!!). Overall I think I will probably move when my lease is up but still not sure yet.
