I lived there for a time last year. My hasty departure was due in large part to the scorpion problem. I encountered 12 scorpions in 3 months and this was during winter!! So if you can't live with these creatures stay away. Management will tell you that this is Az and so it comes with the territory but since moving out of that place I have not seen any. The other big problem was management itself. They are rude and extremely unfriendly. Even when dealing with them for every day issues such as dropping off the rent check or inquiring about the facilities you were regarded as a pest and a nuisance. Instead of looking at the tenants as their customers and the only reason they have a job they treat tenants with disdain. Areas they came up to expectations on were as follows: I had no problems with neighbors or noise and parking was as you'd expect at an apartment complex. Facilities came promptly to fix any problems. The areas this complex excelled were the slightly below market rents and the fact that it was a pet friendly facility.
