This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The grounds are filfthy and not safe for children or pets. The entire building is infested with roaches. Parking is a mess, it is not assigned and people often double park. The staff does not seem to care about its residents. I lived there for 6 months and had problems with my air conditioner, mailbox, and kitchen sink. The average response time to any of my service requests was at least a week. When I called the office to follow up on a work order I was hung up on by the manager. Although the rent may seem affordable please do yourself a favor and keep looking!
