I moved into Pietra Apartments four months ago. I moved into an apartment on the third floor. From day one, nothing worked. First off, my dryer didn't work from day one. They sent three people out to attempt to fix it. They would claim that it was fixed and the next time i did a load of laundry it would break again. Then, my washer broke. Everytime i would start a load of laundry in the washer it sounded like someone was locked in it trying to knock there way out of there. Then come to find out my dishwasher wasnt even fastened to the counter. They only use glue to hold it in the spot, (not smart knowning heat is going to loosen the glue causing the dishwasher to come loose). The one saturday I went to the salt river in July and when i came home my Air Conditioner was out. It took them a week to fix it. First the had their AC guy come out, and he said they need an electrician. They finally got an electrician out here to look at my AC and he claimed he couldn't do anything so they sent the AC guy back out two days later, but couldn't fix it that day. So he came out the next day and finally fixed it. After i got all of that taken care of my car was stolen from the property. I went to the office and asked them what they were going to do. They said they would contact their Safe guard to get the survillance video. They never got back to me on that either. I live in a studio apartment. NO BEDROOMS and i pay $860.21 a month not including ANY utilities. The people in the office are never there when you need them. They are very rude. I would never rent here or recommend anyone to waster their time and looking at apartments here. I've been here for four months and im trying to break my lease. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS.
