I have lived in the Palms fo about 4 months, and am very happy. It is very quiet (almost Twilight Zone-esque, it's so quiet), very well manicured, very pleasant. Maintenance is great- quick & efficient. The only thing I don't like is the gate pass. You can't drive up and swipe, you acutally have to get out of your car and walk up to the stupid thing. They charge $10/month for a remote, which is an incredible rip off so most people just get out & walk up. Also, uncovered parking spaces are narrower than Calista Flockhart so your car will get dented ALL THE TIME. Other than that, though, everything else is perfect. ;)
