Review for Villa Encanto Apartments

Since moving in, My rent has increased monthly even though I signed a 1 year contact. When I gave my 60 day notice, They began charging me a much higher rate that would have been applied if I had chosen to stay after my lease expired and rent month to month. The increase in pay was implemented before my lease had expired.

My neighbor had the exact same unit and was offered a 6, 9 and 12 month lease while I was told there were only 12 month leases. My neighbor also paid $150 less per month even though we moved in at the same time. When I inquired about this I was told that Rates fluctuate on a daily basis.

There was vandalism to cars, vandalism to the property and the appliances are very old.

Renting from this place is like buying a used car from some sketchy lot. You have to negotiate for your rent and watch that you are not overcharged monthly.
