Review for Deer Valley Village Apartments

They SUCK!! The management lies about the actual amount of the rent. Its entirely different than what you are quoted. They wait until you sign the lease to drop that surprise on you. The management doesn't know what they are doing. They lose your rent payments and then serve you with nasty notices. The tenants are loud. Only been here 1 month and can't wait until my lease is up.
