BAD pigeon problem and won't address it! Spent 100 bucks putting up a lattice on my balcony and my time and energy doing it! Discussing bird crap everywhere! Management sucks! On alot of occasions in the office, they were very rude! They could care less that my tweeker neighbors are up all night lighting fire works! Payed my rent early and they insisted I was late..finally after a week of BS they found my rent check! Water pressure doesn't work right, refrigerator and toilet run all night long - have to close my bedroom door it's so loud!
