STAY AWAY!!!!!! This is the meaning of ghetto! I would have given them a lower rating but there are not "negative" scores to choose from!!!! My car was broken into after 1 month of living there. Then someone hit the side and took off. Then the attenna was stolen and the window cracked. Courtesy Patrol? Are they here for the tenants or are they helping the crooks and vandals?? The maintenance and office staff are the worst I have seen any where!!! Nothing gets fixed...ever!!!!!! I have had plumbing issues, pigeon issues, no hot water in one bath, a front door that only closes and stays closed with pressure and a lock, no working fire alarms, a stove burner that only works after you bang it a few times and it sparks, and so on and so on and so on. I have repeatedly made requests for maintenance and get the usual..."Maintenance must have lost the request. I'll make up another request and we'll get this taken care of right away." Still waiting for that "right away" thing they keep talking about. Of course, it might help if there was someone in charge in the office; or if they could keep the same people employed there for more than a month. After reading just the few reviews on the first website I go to looking for information on who to get a hold of to take care of this complex once and for all, I'm thinking I need to check out lawyers.com.
