Nice floorplans to choose from...several pools/jacuzzi's, they're never overcrowded during the summer months...large balconies on certain floorplans... reasonably priced...the office accepts package deliveries if you're not home (a lot of apts are no longer doing this). There are only a few things I find less than desirable about this complex, and would love to see improvement of. One is the parking.. their spaces do not accomodate large full size vehicles well (most apts don't, though), and you're S.O.L. if you have two cars (one covered per apt), but they do have a 24 hour towing service # at your disposal should someone park in your space. The uncovered spaces are difficult to find close to your apt after about 4PM daily, but not a problem if you don't have friends visiting..haha. The other item is the trash bins could be more concealed. When they overflow, as they often do, it really detracts from the apt looks. Lastly, if you're a working person and you do not like folks in your apt doing maintenance when you're not home, their maintenance hours are difficult to work around sometimes. I frequently have to take time off work on any day in which I request service because I don't like people in my apt w/o me there. However, they do a good job on whatever the task is upon which they are called to fix.
