Review for Woodstone Apartments

Maintenance:
Stove fan loud noisey and lacks power to do it's job
Windows are 1 ply - not efficient
Hot water is a luxury item I get twice a month
Took six calls and three weeks to get the flouresnt ceiling light replaced.
Ceiling leaked from May 2001 - May 2002 - couldn't find the problem - rusted my new washer - bathroom leak - pipes are in the wall - took from May 2001 to Novemeber 2001 before the wall was patched.

Accounting staff weak:
Seems they get the records criss crossed somewhere and send late notices - demand payment and investigate - eventually they let it rest - BUT NOT ONE oops we goofed - sorry for the hassel

24 hour Gym - not
Pool area - not always available

Theft and vandelism - I have been hit and I know others in the complex who have endured the evils of others - and lets just say - no one see's the theft/vandelism event - but leave a rug draped over your patio over night - you get a nasty gram

All in all it is a comfortable apartment - lots of people and lots of personalities - it is close to my work and accepts large pets. I do for the most part enjoy my neighbors and my apartment. I just am inconvenienced by repair issues, theft, and lack of human compassion.
