Apartment Review for Arboretum At South Mountain

We rented this apartment sight unseen via the website. We live out of town and were looking for a place to snowbird for 3 months. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The management seems to take care of the place and handles maintainance issues immediately. We liked it because they allow 3 month leases and dogs. Yes, some of the residents do not clean up after their dogs but you will find that anywhere. When we moved out, I cleaned the apartment really well and we were not charged for anything. We lucked out and got really quiet neighbors. I would rent there again.
