Apartment Review for Bacaro

- Management seems very nice and everything great when they try to sign you up, however, as soon as you're signed up you find out what's really going on: they will lie to you and tell you no better apartments (eg with views) are available - they come into your apartment with a security guard to sniff around every few months when there is nobody home under pretense of changing your air conditioning filter.

If there is ever a problem, the renter is NEVER RIGHT - and the management attitudes are arrogant, supercilious and downright nasty.

The office people are totally un-enabled and are just slaves of some mysterious evil management.

The walls are paperthin: it has been our misfortune to live above neighbors who like to bank on the ceiling (our floor) every couple of hours - we don't have a TV, don't wear shoes at home and are very quiet - the neighbors on the other side are also able to hear this banging - management promises to talk with them but does not. They are useless.

The AC is very weak and it never goes below 80 degrees - we were told this is normal and there's nothing they can do about it.
