there was a problem with the initial move in . apartment not ready but was compensated . staff was nice . did have a water leak in closet , they did fix everything carpet etc. roomy nice , had ants . MOSQUITOS because there is so much water around .USE CAUTION if you have small kids there is free standing water in tiny ponds all over complex no gates around them . <P>

I enjoyed my stay at Bell Lakes for a year. We moved to phoenix, not knowing any apartments, except for Bell Towers (which is across the street from bell lakes) and we moved in there not knowing anything about the place. Packed up our stuff in Washington state, and headed to phoenix. We only stayed at Bell Towers for 6 months, and then moved to Bell Towers, because of the location, and the atmosphere of the apartments. I never had a problem with anything while there. I didnt have to associate w/ the management too many times, when i did..they were all helpful but George. But i loved the locations of all the pools, i was by the last pool, and it was straight out in front of me, the mailbox was in front of me..it was perfect. My neighbors were really nice, we all got a long great. I so want to move back, but now i am in Washington again. When and if i do move back, Bell Lakes will bea suggestion...Thanks
