Biltmore Club STAY OFF THE FIRST FLOOR ( over a year ago )

Been there 5 years, 2 repairs fixed timely, but not on the first try. Kitchen and Bathroom fans blow directly to above units. Can smell whats cooking or being smoked below without a doubt. Staff friendly but to eager to lease units. Some units not inhabited by those on lease, or by multiple 3-5 people sharing a unit. Very quiet in the Apartment sectcions, Noisey in the Studio sections. Parking tough. Lots of cars parked that never move. I recommend but DO NOT RENT ON THE FIRST FLOOR. FLOODS WHEN IT RAINS, AND PEST PROBLEMS. Never seen pests on upper floors <P>

I lived here for several months. It was okay. Big roach infestation problem that management never fixed. The price is pretty much right for what you get. Grounds and buildings were kept nice. I rented there to be close to all the stores and the squaw peak trail. The area is awesome! I couldn't afford any better at the time. I wouldn't live there again only because of the roaches. They are too cheap to take care of it the right way. I live in FL now so I know when roaches are REALLY a problem! The apartments are older, thus the price.

Cheap apts, maintenance never fix things right, everything breaks, rude, but inexpensive, horrible parking
