Apartment Reviews for Boulevard - Phoenix

I am appalled after reading the review lambasting the Boulevard. I have lived here a long time and enjoy the environment, management team and maintenance. I have never had a problem with getting repairs done or communicating with the management team. I have never experienced any drug activity, and I certainly know that the community patrol officer, is not what he was slandered to be. He does not participate in group drugs, nor does he use any. I always see him out there walking around the community.I also want to add to this disgruntled resident, leave, good bye.
There are peoblems that exist in all apartment communities. Noise, unruly and untidy residents, people not cleaning up after their dogs,etc. But that is apartment life. I do know that the Boulevard is a better place to live than most. I think the management team makes it that way.
