Apartment Review for Coral Garden Apartments

Every Apt is falling apart, toilets overflow, no help from maint. dead bodies found by wall, threats of eviction if renter wants repairs made. Not in good area of Phoenix. worst area of Phoenix for cocroaches, outside appearance very nice, very quiet during day. Air conditioner fantastically cold. Low prices, but not worth the management hassles. Some office staff barely able to speak english to be understood by non-spanish patrons. nice laundry facilities, clean nice pool area.
