Apartment Reviews for Fountains In The Green - Phoenix

Pros:
Good price all the amenities and for being so close to downtown. All the trees on the property are great and provide important shade. The grounds are mostly quiet and the pool area is great. The front gate is always closed and I guess security is always around even though I never see them. The appliances inside my apartment are pretty new and in good working condition.

Cons:
The walls in the place that aren't brick are very thin and my neighbors upstairs turn up thier television way too loud. It gets anoying at times, but I can't hear them in my bedroom so at least I can sleep (sometimes with help from a sleep aid). I routinely kill bugs inside the place, asking the office to respray is pointless, just get some roach hotels and place them everywhere you can. There are always bugs in the dishwasher, so I just don't use it and wash my dishes by hand. The grounds are also a haven for stray cats in the area, they run around like wild animals. The pet rules state that cats are to be inside or on the patio, but that rule is seemingly ignored. I don't know why they don't demand collars on the animals then round up the strays without tags? The cats don't really bother me, but they are always around.

I realize this is an apartment so I try to keep certain frustrations in check. This is a pretty good place to live, I do plan on renewing my lease when it is up.
