The apartments are ideal for individuals associated the state supreme court, house of representatives, and governor's office, which are all less than 2 miles away. Residents will appreciate the nearby Library Park, Matthew Henson Park and Pioneer & Military Memorial Park, not to mention the opportunity to visit the Arizona Korean War Memorial. Reviewers say the management is unprofessional and disorganized, pest problems are common, and the facility maintenance is unsatisfactory. Several tenants feel unsafe in the downtown area and would like to see management take stronger control of the property.
