Apartment Review for Maya Linda Apartments

Look beyond the cutesy landscaping, because I didn't. Take into notice the numerous grocery carts around the property, piles of garbage in places it shouldn't be, the wandering groups of cats... All signs that Maya Linda is ghetto. The security guard talks on his damned cell phone all night. My convertable has gotten stolen (returned by police later of course) and robbed twice. My Grand Marquis has been vandilized and robbed. Parking is a ***** to find. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to calls. Even emergency ones, like no heat during a freeze warning, or no A/C when it is 115 degrees outside. When I first moved in, my apartment was roach infested, and there must have been a thousand of them running rampid. It took them two weeks to get rid of them, and the whole time my two children and I had to stay with my mother and delay the moving in of our stuff. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAR AND AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN! <P>
