Here you will find both one and two story apartment homes for rent. They each come equipped with gourmet kitchens, private outdoors spaces and washer and dryers in unit.

I recently moved into this apartment complex, its been about a month now. WE have found the STAFF to be awesome! WE moved from NY and hadn't even seen the apartment. But because of the rapid need to move, we didn't have much of a choice, the newly remodeled apartments look just as they do online! The Building are all being REPAINTED, and REPAIRED. When we moved in, there were a few minor scuffs and scrapes and within the 1st week of being in there, they had everything repaired!
The pools are always clean. The Grills are all new and work just GREAT! I wish there were a few more.. It is a very quiet apartment complex. People pretty much keep to themselves. I did have an issue with a noisy neighbor upstairs, tried talking with him, didn't work, called the office and it was almost instant that the noise stopped.
The parking could be an issue for 2 cars. We have found a car and and a scooter was our better choice.
I would say for the VALUE this is a great place to live.
Dont read the other bad reviews.. sometimes you just cant make ANYONE HAPPY...

I lived here for 2 years and the upgrades are really nice. We finally had a nice place to go with the mountain preserve view. They painted and cleaned it up a lot. I moved to a remodeled apartment and it felt like moving to a new apartment. The people at the office are friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about other than the rent is much higher than it used to be. <P>
