Recreation like the Reach Sports Complex or Coyote Basin Park are a short drive. Reviewers are dissatisfied with the reserved parking, which management does not enforce and other tenants disregard. One reviewer from March 2012 asked for the hallways and property to be patrolled to ensure rules are upheld. Though the pet friendly environment is desirable, residents would like their neighbors to pick up after their animals more often.
