Apartment Reviews for Pointe At South Mountain Apartments
Its ok

I lived here for 2 years. In the time I was here a friend got his truck broken into and wallet stolen. A shooting spree happened a couple apartments down for me over a drug deal (Involving a shotgun and a .357 mag being fired through the office windows and at a vehicle.) Luckily no one got killed. Safe? No not really. Other then your typical morons that move in, I mean who can tell maybe they dont screen very well. But I myself did not think it was so bad other than the above. It was a beautiful area. I moved to the Sonoron up the road, MUCH nicer area to live and quiet. If you can afford it go up to 48th and Ray. The parking was rediculous at the Pointe. It was way to narrow and it was a very tight fit. They pack as many cars as possible into a small space. It was usually fairly quiet. I liked the pools and being able to swim fairly late at night. I talked to a security gaurd whom patrols all of Equity's locations. He said he hates to tour this complex as a lot of bad things happen but there are still worse out there. <P>
