Apartment Review for Presidio At South Mountain

Do not rent from here. They will be nice to you but after you sign the lease, forget about it. The girls in the office are rude, unprofessional, and very uncaring. Did I forget ignorant? The pools are UNKEPT. Out of all the pools, the only pool that is 50% clean is located by the leasing office. Even that is dirty. Do not use the other pools, for there is no supervision and people cause problems. Want your cars vandalized? Move on in. Pack of kids running around causing problems for months. Very loud. Like to sweat in your apartment and want things to fall apart as soon as you move in? It's bad here and it's very ghetto! VERY so you were warned. Want to live in a trashy place? Presidio is the place to move into!!! And do not forget about infestation. BUGS!
