Apartment Review for Santa Fe Springs Apartments

This place is horrible. I can tell that the units are old but mine was falling apart. No help from managment or anyone else. I had my wifes and I's clothing locked up in one of the washrooms and when we asked to have it opened that night the night maintenance "guy" told us they posted signs in there stating the washrooms were to be secured at 10:00. He then said $25 would be placed on our next months rent for him to open it up for us. When he did we did a good job of pointing out that no posting exist to substantiate his claim. Made an *** of him we did! Anyways bug problems are rampant. AC unit is wortless (we live in PHOENIX for god sakes)! While I was stupid enough to renew my lease my rent went up on my studio apt by over $80 given I had never made a rent payment late. We lose. <P>
