i have lived in this complex for almost a year and i had had mold mildew over running toilets, no heat or hot water, bugs and several days to waite before a work order can be completed im looking so for somewhere else to go but my money is so tight being a single mom i fear that i will have to spend another six months to a year in this complex.

Those are not illegal people!
This apartment complex rents lots of apartment to refugees from Sudan, Liberia and Darfur. Those are great people, they waited years to get into this country and all of them all legal. Most of them just woman and kids - they help each other, look after their kids, learn our language and customs, trying to adapt to new life . Very nice community - we had never a single problem with them. They are just very grateful for a chance for normal life in free country, without war, abuse and slavery (yes!)
