Be Careful On The Out

Rented: From 2002 To 2005

Except for them constantly having problems with the water, I enjoyed living at La Mirada. There were time we had no hot water and I'd say atleast once a month they would turn the water off to the building for repairs.

My complaint is on the out I feel they billed me for things that I should not have to pay for, such as cleaning the carpet. So I'd suggest you make sure you write every little thing on the move in sheet and leave the place spotless when you move out.
