The Palms Apartments in Phoenix AZ offer remodeled units complete with new GE appliances, new countertops, new cabinets and new floors and lighting. You can choose from eight floor plans of studio, one, two and three bedrooms apartments. Relax in any of the two outdoor swimming pools and deck areas as well as the picnic and barbeque area.

The Palms Apartments offer 1 to 3 bedroom options also 2 bedroom 2 bath with some units including a fireplace. Location is great and that does equate to higher rents than other Phoenix areas. Most reviews are quite out-dated. The Palms Apartments are close to Echo Canyon Park and to the Colonnade and Tower Plaza Malls so there are plenty of eating and entertainment venues in the immediate area.

I found the time I lived at thhe Palms to be truly an enjoyable experience. The staff and maintenance people know the residents names and do their utmost to meet the residents needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a 'home' while on a renter's budget. <P>

I have lived in the Palms fo about 4 months, and am very happy. It is very quiet (almost Twilight Zone-esque, it's so quiet), very well manicured, very pleasant. Maintenance is great- quick & efficient. The only thing I don't like is the gate pass. You can't drive up and swipe, you acutally have to get out of your car and walk up to the stupid thing. They charge $10/month for a remote, which is an incredible rip off so most people just get out & walk up. Also, uncovered parking spaces are narrower than Calista Flockhart so your car will get dented ALL THE TIME. Other than that, though, everything else is perfect. ;)
