I had ants upon move-in, the cops are in fact there every other day if not every day. There were shootings in the complex and the security guards they do employ are nowhere to be found when you need them. More so, the management is a total lie saying they would repair certain appliances and never really doing so. One major issue is the fact that multiple units have water damages and complete collapsing of ceilings. They run a slum there, there's a word for it, oh yeah SLUM LORDS. management and maintenance could give two ***** less about their renters and show a greater concern about the appearance of the units rather than the proper running of utilities and keeping a safe and habitable living space. OH and I had Black Mold growing in my ceiling for about six months and they NEVER made any attempts to repair the roof. HORRIBLE place to live period do not ever move here you will ultimately regret it and that is a promise!
