Apartment Review for The Ridge At Sun Valley

My family was moved into an apartment that was not ready to be moved into; screens were sliced and/or broken, balcony door didn't lock, windows didn't lock in the bedrooms (including my 9 month old son's bedroom), burn holes in carpet, ice maker was promised - never got because we "had a new fridge and they don't come with 1", drain stopper in bathroom sink didn't work, burn holes on the kitchen floor, my mailbox didn't have a lock on it and was full of trash, and the place has BUGS! And maintenance is ALWAYS "backed up" and unless you continuously stay on top of them, you won't get anything done...took me 12 days to finally get the lock on my 9 month old son's bedroom window fixed (5 second fix) after going in office and DEMANDING it and most of the other problems were finally taken care of 2 1/2 weeks after moving in. Also, when we had relatives visit from out of state, we went to the back pool, but couldn't swim because it was so filthy with trash at the bottom of the pool and couldn't swim in the front pool because they were draining it. I have only lived here for 1 month, and my husband and I are already looking elsewhere and WILL break our lease...this place SUCKS!!!
