Apartment Review for Trillium Deer Valley

Living at Trillium Deer Valley started well ... then services were cut thoughtout the time i lived there. The office staff are incompetant. the windows leak and i was told this cannot be fixed.... whats worse is they charge you 300 + dollars when you leave for maintainace so you pay for the leaking windows ???. the great room is pointless as no staff are there and it closed earlier and earlier thought my time there.
