Apartment Review for Union Hills Estates Apartments

I lived here for a year so far. And I had 15 month lease and it went up for another 15 month and more for 12 month and so on. I don't think I will be staying here any longer. They charge for water, trash, sewage and anything and everything that you can think of so the that bill comes out around 50-60 for one person and higher during the summer months. Even though I live on the first floor, it can get pretty hot, I think my apartment is hotter than my friend's who live on the 3rd floor (yes comparing both apt w/o a/c). My trash disposal thing breaks every other week for last year and they took them about five days on average and they forgot a couple of times. Appliances are old and I didn't expect all new but they are old. when I used microwave for longer than 5 minutes or frequent less than 5 minutes runs, then the power will go out and it will not come back manually, you just have to wait till it comes back ( the power for the microwave)
