The way the buildings are divided and then located around three different pool and spa areas make this feel less sprawling than complexes the same size. The Cortesian is said to be a wonderful place to stay in regard to the location, which places tenants near parks, night life, and shopping. The apartment community is also considered to be highly pet friendly. There have been issues with maintenance and addressing issues with immediacy, as well as miscommunication when it comes to rent. However, the convenient neighborhood may make up the difference. Scottsdale Shadows is a great nearby golf course for those who enjoy the sport. Camelback Park is also in close proximity, ideal for any outdoor activities.The cuisine is hard to pass up when it comes to options such as Olive & Ivy, East Camelback Road, and Breakfast Club. Villa Madeira Apartments are surrounded by an abundance of restaurants, including Martini Ranch, Don and Charlie’s, and Roaring Fork as well as many more. Scottsdale Shadows is in the same neighborhood, which would make any golfer ecstatic to have a golf course so near. Lincoln Village Shops and Scottsdale Fashion Square provide a variety of places to shop. May Gallery, Art Space, and Bentley Gallery all are in the region which adds an artistic flair to this part of Scottsdale.
