Review for Acacia Creek Apartments

The units are nice; the maintenance crew is terrific. BUT there is a good chance that you will move right next to party animals. Management listens to complaint, promises everything but does nothing at all. You may get lucky and live in a quiet corner, but why take your chances. Security is crap -- no real patrol and the gates are often broken. Bikes get stolen all the time. If you have to pay $100 more to live somewhere else, it may be worth it.
