Review for Arabian Trails Apartments

If you like to live in the Ghetto of Phoenix but want to pay the price of Scottsdale living this may be the place for you! The Scottsdale Police frequents this place because the class of people that live in here are straight out of the ghetto. I have seen somone bleeding out of the top of there head right by the pool because someone beat them up. I have been woken up a two o'clock in the morning to a man trying to break into to an apartment for whatever reason i dont know because supposedly that is not your business as a renter. The cops come here on the regular for domestic violence. How knows what else because the office staff is completely incompitent and the could care less about your safety..... And above all else nothing in your apartment will ever work the appliances are more than 30 years old and the washer and dryers dont match. This is the worst place i have ever lived and when my lease is up I am going to run as fast as i can the other way!!!!!
