Review for Arabian Trails Apartments

I have nothing good to say about this place. 1. Security - I rarely see security at all patrolling. I've and my car broke into already. Also several other people have had their vehicles broken into on more than on occation. The light posts suck. The globes are always breaking, and its takes to long to get fixed afterwards.

2. Parking is horrible. They provide me and my friend one covered parking spot, which is pretty far from are apartment. They allow you to park on the road, but its always full and sometimes it's impossible to find a spot. I tried parking on the other side of road due to no available spots and was cited for illegal parking, you can't win.

3. Appearance an upkeep no so great for Scottsdale address. There's always puddles of water just sitting on top of the grass. Sprinklers are always breaking and sticking out of the ground. The light poles are always missing the globes. Overall not very attrative.

4. Office staff not so attentive. The few times I've visited the office the staff seemed friendly, but every time I've issued them a problem it does not get resolved. We have a leak from our neighbors upstairs and I've complained to them several times and nothing has happened in months. We also complained about our door not shutting and it took two times contacting them before anything was done.

5. Maintenance. Kinda covered this already, no so great. There was a sewage problem not far from my apartement, apartment complex hired someone to fix it, and this big dirt hole has been left looking nasty for almost a month. Grass gets cut timely, but water sitting all over the complex doesn't look nice. maintenance crew cuts grass really early in mourning making it hard to sleep past 7.

6. Condition of unit. This unit sucks!!! all old applicances, dishwashter does not get dishes clean. Dryer doesn't get clothes dry, cabinets our outdated. Door is crappy. I don't have one good thing to say.

7. My neighbors must be in a a band or something, I can here them playing music all hours of the night. Walls don't seem to block any sound at all. I can here maintenance in the mourning like there working in my room.

8. Overall - There is so much more I could complain about, but I think I made my point, this place sucks!!! I never write reviews I'm always too lazy, but I felt that if this helped one person change their mind about moving here, it would be worth it.
